Hook up wire: 14-3 power cord with 120Vac plug, #14-2w/gnd wire (black, white, ground) 10-12 inches.

Use screwdriver and pliers to remove the knock-outs, then connect the boxes together using half inch nipples. Use locknuts between the boxes. Use PVC bushings inside the boxes.

Attach wires to 120Vac duplex outlet and feed them into the junction box. Run power cable and control cable through cable clamps and tighten them. Attach the relay-in-a-box.

First, three white wires are connected together: one from 120Vac supply, one from transformer, and one from 120Vac outlet box.

Second, two black wires and one orange wire are connected together: one black from 120Vac supply, one black from the transformer, and one orange from the relay.

Third, the black wire from the 120Vac outlets is connected to one of the orange wires from the relay.

Fourth, two green wires, one from 120Vac supply and one from 120Vac outlets, are connected to ground.

The white wire with blue stripe from the relay connects to the orange control cable wire.

The yellow wire from the transformer connects to the red wire from the control cable.

The white wire with yellow stripe from the relay and the yellow wire with white stripe from the transformer connect to the black wire from control cable.

The green and white wires from control cable and the white wire with black stripe from the relay are not used, tape them off.

Plug in the power cable and the control cable and you're ready to measure co2 levels. Just plug ventilation fan into the 120Vac outlet and begin controlling co2 level.

In a mushroom production room, hang AS310e near the mushrooms in a place where it is protected from ceiling drips and irrigation spray. Then plug-in the exhaust fan or fresh fan and AS310e will begin to control co2 level.

Fan will turn on at co2 level set by the user. You can set it at any point between 0-5,000 ppm. When co2 reaches the specificied level, the fan will turn on and run until co2 level is 50 ppm below the setpoint.
